This is the office for Royal Developers, run by Kantaben Ravjibhai Kakadia. We are located over behind Satyamev Hospital, tucked away near Ratna Raj Homes and Nilkanth Villa. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get off the main road. We do a lot of residential work, mostly because that’s what people around here need. Being a proprietor means there is always something to sign or someone to talk to about a plumbing issue or a brick delivery that went to the wrong side of the lot. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to keep track of the details when you aren’t spread too thin across the whole city. Some mornings are spent just sitting with the blueprints and a cup of tea, trying to figure out how to fit everything in. The hospital nearby makes the area stay busy, but our little corner remains pretty steady. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just seeing the buildings we finish. If a roof doesn't leak and the rooms feel right, that's usually enough for folks to be happy. We focus on the actual building part of the business. It’s mostly just making sure the materials are good and the workers have what they need to get the job finished on time. It is plain work, but we like it. This is how we have always done things.
