We work out of Corporate House 2 in Shivalik Plaza. We are right opposite the AMA in the Ambawadi area. It is a pretty nice spot to be in because it is quite central. We see a lot of students and parents coming through our doors every day. They are usually looking for some guidance on where to study next or what courses might suit them. The office is set up with some chairs and desks where we can sit down and have a proper talk. It gets quite lively in here, especially during the admission seasons. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through piles of university brochures and application forms. Shivalik Plaza has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby cafes to have a quick meeting or just to take a break from the paperwork. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because we know how stressed people can be about their education. There is no big mystery to what we do; we just listen to what people need and try to find a way to help them. The team is just a few of us who have seen it all before. We appreciate being in such a well-known part of the city. We keep the office open until late when the season is busy. It is just life for us and we handle it.
