Nelcast Limited

Our place is at 159, T T K Road in Alwarpet. It’s a busy part of the city, and being at Nelcast Limited means we are right in the middle of all that movement. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. We handle a lot of metal casting stuff, so it gets pretty warm inside, especially during the summer months when the humidity in Chennai is high. You can usually find us checking on the production lines or sitting in the small office area trying to catch up on paperwork. We don’t really go in for big, fancy decorations. The walls have some old calendars and a few charts pinned up. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know each other's habits and how the machines like to behave on a Monday morning. It’s a steady kind of job. We see a lot of people coming through the Alwarpet area, but inside the gates, it’s just the usual routine of melting and molding. We don't have a big PR team or anything. We just focus on the metal and making sure the orders are ready when the trucks show up at the loading bay. It’s just a regular, hard-working foundry environment where we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
