Working at 258/3 in the J.C. Industrial Layout means things are always loud. Neha Drums And Barrels Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of the Bikasipura Cross Road area, just off Kanakapura Road. We handle a lot of metal and plastic containers every single day. If you come by, you’ll see stacks of drums piled up high in the yard. It’s a dusty environment, and there is always the sound of trucks coming or going. We aren't an office-based company; most of our time is spent out on the floor or in the loading area. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. Some days we are refurbishing old barrels, and other days we are moving new stock for local factories. It’s hard work, and we all wear heavy boots and gloves to stay safe. The sun can beat down pretty hard on the yard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing brochures to give out. We just talk to our customers directly, mostly over the fence or in the small side office we have. We’ve been in this industrial layout for a good while and have seen many businesses come and go. We just keep doing our part, making sure the barrels are ready when people need them. It’s not glamorous, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
