Neha Automation is right on the ground floor of the Om Building, which is D-15 in Syndicate Enclave. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads. We have a lot of parts and tools scattered around because that’s the nature of automation work. Most of the time, we are busy looking at circuits or testing out some new setup for a customer. It’s not a sterile lab or a high-tech showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to solve technical problems. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get things working exactly right, but we stay at it until it’s done. We started this because we liked fixing things and it grew into a real business over the years. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around the equipment. Clients usually find us by word of mouth rather than seeing an ad somewhere. We keep a lot of spares in the back just in case someone needs a quick fix. The office is a bit small, especially when we have a big machine in for repairs. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the coffee pot full. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like the neighborhood. We don't mind the long hours when there is a complicated problem that needs a solution.
