Our place is out at 278-279 in the Panchratna Industrial Estate. It’s a big area with lots of trucks and machines moving around all the time. Neesa Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the other industrial businesses here. We have a fair amount of space to keep our equipment and materials. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice suit, because you’re likely to get some dust or grease on it. We focus on infrastructure, so our work is mostly about heavy stuff and big projects. It’s loud and busy, but that’s the nature of an industrial estate. We spend our days coordinating with sites and making sure the supplies are going where they need to go. We aren't some polished corporate office in a fancy downtown building. We are right here where the actual work happens. The guys on the floor and the people in the office all know how things work. We don't use fancy slogans or have big meetings about vision statements. We just look at the plans, check the materials, and get to work. It’s a tough business sometimes, with tight deadlines and lots of moving parts, but we’ve been doing it for a while now.
