Neel Aromatics

Neel Aromatics is on the second floor of the Ramwadi Complex. We are right opposite the Bhidbhanjan Mahadev temple, so the area has a very traditional and busy feel to it. You can often hear the temple bells or the noise from the market while we are working. Our office is where we manage all our aromatic products and oils. It’s a small space, but it’s packed with samples and different containers. The scent in the office is always a mix of whatever we are dealing with that day. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of things and making sure the orders are packed correctly. Ramwadi Complex is an older building with a lot of character, and we like being on the second floor because it’s a little removed from the direct heat of the street. It’s a very basic setup—just some desks, a few chairs, and lots of storage racks. We don’t have a marketing department or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to our customers and get the products out the door. People in the area know us, and we are quite content with our spot opposite the temple. It’s a local business through and through. Every day is a bit different depending on what supplies come in, but the routine stays the same. We just keep our heads down and work, making sure the aromatic shipments are sent out to the people who are waiting for them.
