We are located on the first floor of the Kamalkant Shopping Centre, which is right near the Mithakahali bus stand in Ellisbridge. It’s a convenient spot if you’re taking the bus, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We share the building with a few other businesses, but you’ll find us at 451/3 and 4. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a very big office, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got desks and boxes everywhere, which is typical for a place like ours. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People usually just come in, get what they need, and head back out. It’s a practical setup. The bus stand nearby makes it feel like there is always something happening outside. We can hear the announcements and the traffic all day. It’s a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the needle products and other supplies out to the people who use them. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local office in a busy shopping center doing our best to stay organized and keep the business moving along. Needle Industries (India) Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now, and we like it.
