Sheth Build Home Llp is located in Shanti Sadan Chsl, specifically at Bunglow No.21 in the Indusind Bank Lane. It is a much quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Working out of a bungalow gives the whole operation a different feel than being in a high-rise office building. We have a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get ahead of us during the monsoon season. Our team is small, consisting of just a handful of dedicated people who handle the design and the construction side of things. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, and you can hear the birds or the occasional delivery bike going past. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to the laborers about the progress of our current projects. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain things as they are. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always folders stacked on the dining-style table we use for meetings. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local shops and the people around here pretty well. It’s a steady pace of work, and we like being able to walk to the bank or grab a quick coffee just around the corner without any fuss.
