Being on Relief Road means you are right in the thick of the trade. Our office is in the Sarvoday Commercial Centre, room 202. If you are looking for the GPO, we are right near there, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get to the main landmark. The area is always crowded. There are traders, couriers, and people just passing through all day long. Parts Trading Corporation has been a part of this landscape for years. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of paper and old concrete. We have a lot of shelves filled with different items. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. My father started this, and we just keep it going. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We buy parts, we sell parts, and we try to keep our regular customers happy. The phone rings a lot, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about a price or a specific piece. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the desk between calls. It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a local way. We don’t use any software to manage our "image" because we don't really have one. We are just traders on Relief Road. When the shutters go down at the end of the day, we’re tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. That’s how it goes here.
