NCPL Buildspace LLP

We are situated in Regency Plaza, occupying units 801 and 802. If you are near the Anandnagar Cross Road, you’ve probably passed our building a hundred times. We share this space and focus on the buildspace side of the business. It’s mostly about managing the areas and the projects we have under construction. The office is usually full of blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations because we’re too busy working on the next project. The crossroad outside is always loud with horns and people, but inside we just try to focus on the numbers and the plans. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure all the materials show up when they are supposed to. Things don't always go according to plan in the building world, so we spend a lot of our time fixing problems and making adjustments. It’s just the nature of the work. We like being in Ahmedabad because the energy here is great for businesses like ours. There is always something new being built or an old space being renovated. We just keep our heads down and focus on doing a good job on every site we manage. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’re happy to be doing it.
