Being located near Amarnath Mahadev means we hear the temple sounds quite a bit throughout our workday. Shivam Home Industries is based right here in Bhavsar Society, and it really is more of a home-style setup than some big cold factory you might see on the news. Nawa Vadaj is a decent place to be, though the traffic near the temple can get a bit thick in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We work in a space that feels lived-in because it actually is. There are piles of materials in the corners and the smell of whatever we are making that day hangs in the air. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone wearing suits. Mostly it is just us in our regular clothes, dealing with whatever orders came in the day before. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually prioritize getting the work finished over worrying about how the walls look. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello or ask a question. We like being part of the society here. It makes the work day feel less like a chore. We have a small table where we sit for lunch and talk about things other than work. It is a simple way to run a business, and it fits us well enough. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with what needs to be done.
