Our office is situated at Plot No. 1289/2 in Sector 3-B of Gandhinagar. It’s a fairly plain building in a part of the city that is quite orderly. We spend a lot of our time here going over building plans and talking to folks about land development. The office doesn't have much in the way of luxury, just some sturdy desks, filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when people come by to talk. We are mostly busy with the practical side of organizing projects and making sure the paperwork is in order for the developers. Gandhinagar is a place where everything has its own spot, and we try to work within that system. We’ve been operating out of Sector 3-B for a while now, so we know the local regulations and the people at the municipal offices quite well. It’s not a fast-paced environment; it’s more about being careful and making sure things are done the right way. We have a lot of maps rolled up in the corner and stacks of documents on the tables. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by paper, but that's the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby to impress people. We just sit down with them and explain what can be done with a piece of property. It’s honest, steady work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just do things step by step here.
