We are Navratna Oraganization & Developers Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us in Ahmedabad. Our office is at 442, Parmar Society in the Bopal village area, which falls under Ta Dascroi. Bopal has grown a lot lately, but we are still tucked away in the society here. It’s a decent place to work from. We handle a lot of development stuff, mostly looking at local land and housing. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a place to meet people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the village. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. We have been here for a bit, seeing the area change around us. There’s always some construction noise nearby because of how fast Bopal is expanding. We try to keep our paperwork organized, though it can get a bit messy when we are really busy with multiple projects. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We just show up, do the work, and try to get things built. Sometimes clients come by to chat, and we just pull up a chair and talk through things. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the area well and that helps with the development work we do around this part of Ahmedabad. Most days are just about managing the small details and keeping everyone on the same page. It's a lot of work but it keeps us very busy.
