You’ll find Uniquest Developers Pvt. Ltd. on the first floor of the Blue Star Complex. We are near the Old High Court railway crossing, not far from the Stadium Circle in Navrangpura. It’s a busy area with a lot of offices around us. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and drawings pinned to the walls. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to people about various projects. It isn't always glamorous work. There's a lot of paperwork and waiting for approvals that can take forever. We get frustrated like anyone else when things move slowly. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We just work out of this office and try to keep things organized. Sometimes it’s quiet here, and other times everyone is talking at once on their phones. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn't. If a project is going to take a long time, we just say so. People in Navrangpura know us as just another local business trying to make things happen. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the plans in front of us and try to get to the next step each day. It is a slow process sometimes, but we keep at it.
