Our office is in the Ivory building, which is tucked behind the Pantaloons store near Mithakali Six Roads. It is a very busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping or heading home from work. Sheth & Gajjar Realty Llp has been based here for a while now. The walk from the main road to our entrance is quite short, but you have to dodge a lot of two-wheelers parked along the way. Inside, we have a few rooms where we meet with people and go over property papers. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, looking at different plots of land or checking on how a building is coming along. Sometimes we come back with mud on our shoes, which doesn’t look great on the office floor, but that’s the nature of reality work. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of buying, selling, and managing properties. The Mithakali area is great because there are so many food stalls nearby for lunch. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from a vendor and eat while we work on our spreadsheets. It’s a simple life, and we are quite happy with how things are going for the company.
