Up here at Adani House in Shrimali Society, things are usually moving quite fast. Being near the Mithakhali Six Road in Navrangpura means there is always the sound of traffic and horns outside our windows. It is a busy part of Ahmedabad, and we are right in the middle of that energy. Our building is a bit of a landmark for people around here, but inside it is just a lot of desks, computers, and people trying to keep up with the day's work. Adani Enterprises Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. You will see people rushing in and out for meetings or grabbing a quick tea from the vendors nearby. We don't really do the whole formal corporate talk when we are just sitting around the office. It’s more about checking the lists and making sure the logistics are moving. The lobby gets quite crowded in the mornings with everyone checking in. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so you end up chatting with someone from another department while you wait. It is a very normal office life, really. We have our routines, like the mid-afternoon snack run or the way we clear off our desks before heading home into the Navrangpura evening traffic. It gets loud and a bit chaotic outside, especially during rush hour, but once you are inside the gates, it’s just another day of getting the tasks finished one by one. It can be stressful, but that is the nature of the work.
