We are located at 163, Sherpur Road, right near the Bye Pass. It’s a good spot for us because the trucks can get in and out fairly easily without getting stuck in the middle of town. The building is a standard manufacturing setup. We have the machines running most of the day, so there is always a bit of a hum in the background. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to it after the first week. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. We do a lot of the same things every day, making sure the production line doesn't hit any snags. The floor is painted grey, but it’s scuffed up from moving things around. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in when the big doors are open, so we are always sweeping. We don't do much in the way of meetings; we usually just talk over the noise of the shop. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s practical work. We stay here until the job for the day is finished. The Bye Pass is always busy, and sometimes we just watch the traffic for a minute during lunch. It’s been our home for a while, and we like the rhythm of the work we do. It is just life here on the road.
