Alaji Buildcon is run by Pravinbhai Mansukhbhai Sukhadia, and our main spot is near Haridarshan Cross Road. Specifically, we are behind Maharsi and Sandipani School. You can often hear the kids at the school during their break times, which makes the whole area feel quite lively. Pravinbhai is usually here early in the morning, checking the mail and seeing what the plans for the day look like. We do a lot of building work, so there are always samples of tiles or bricks sitting around the corners of the office. It is not a very large space, just enough for us to sit and handle the accounts and the project timelines. Being near Haridarshan Cross Road means we see a lot of the local traffic, and it is a good central point for us to reach different parts of the city. We do not use any fancy management software or anything like that, just some old ledgers and a lot of lists pinned on the wall. The daily routine involves a lot of talking to laborers and making sure the supplies like cement and steel are arriving on time at the various sites. It can get a bit dusty when there is construction happening nearby, but that is just part of the trade. We just try to keep things moving steadily. Pravinbhai likes to keep it simple and honest, focusing on the actual building rather than sitting in long meetings all day.
