You can find us in Usmanpura, right across from the Bank of Baroda on Ashram Road. Our shop has a name that goes back a long way. People usually just call us Natvarlal's. We have been operating from this location for many years, and not much has changed in terms of how we treat our customers. We deal in various supplies and general enterprise work. It is the kind of place where the phone is always ringing and there is always a list of things to be ordered or delivered. We don't have a slick website or a social media manager. We just sit at our desks, keep our books in order, and talk to the people who walk through the door. The area around Usmanpura is always bustling, and being near the bank means there is a constant flow of people. Sometimes we stand out front just to catch a bit of air and watch the cars go by. We aren't a big corporate chain with fancy uniforms. We are just a local business that believes in showing up every day and getting the work done. If a customer has a problem, they don't call a help center; they come in and talk to us directly. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some, but it is the only way we know how to run things. We’ve seen many businesses come and go, but we stay right here.
