National Process Pvt.Ltd. is set up at Plot No. 372-374 in the GIDC area, right across from Neptune Textile. It’s a large space because we need the room for the various processing stages we handle. The GIDC is always humming with the sound of trucks and machinery, and our unit is no different. Our facility is mostly industrial, with concrete floors and high ceilings to keep it from getting too stuffy during the summer. We have various tanks and lines set up for the processes we run daily. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for a tour, as it’s strictly for production and heavy work. Most of us here have been working in this sector for a long time, so we know the quirks of the machines and how to keep them running. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of office staff to handle visitors. Most of the team is out on the floor making sure the gauges are where they should be and the output is consistent. Sometimes things get messy, especially during a changeover between different batches, but we clean up and keep going. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure we meet the requirements for each day. It’s a busy environment and we stay focused on the task. No big slogans or missions, just the daily grind in the industrial park.
