National Motor Accessories Agency is situated at B 6 Sardar Patel Chambers, right next to the Bank of Maharashtra in Vasant Chowk. Being located in the Lal Darwaja area means it is almost always crowded and there is constantly something happening right outside our front door. It is a very old and incredibly busy part of the city. We have been in these chambers for a long time, surrounded by many other small shops and offices. Our space is usually packed to the ceiling with all sorts of motor accessories and parts. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for every single item we have in stock, but we always manage to find a place for everything eventually. People come in looking for very specific parts for their cars or bikes, and usually, someone here knows exactly which shelf it is sitting on, even if the place looks like a bit of a mess to someone walking in for the first time. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just a few of us who happen to know a lot about vehicles. The traffic at Vasant Chowk can be a real nightmare in the late evenings, but that bustle also brings a lot of people by the shop. We spend a lot of our time just talking to customers who drop in. Some are regulars we have known for years, while others are just passing through. It is a very practical business.
