Boro Mill Industries

Boro Mill Industries is located right off National Highway No. 8. We’re tucked in near Ankur Society. If you’re driving down the highway, you’ve probably passed us dozens of times without thinking about it. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly just warehouses and mills around here. We’ve been operating this mill for a good while now. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after the first week or so. We deal with raw materials and processing. It’s a gritty job. Your clothes get dirty and the floor is never really clean for more than five minutes. That’s just the nature of mill work. We have a small crew of guys who have been here since the start. We aren't trying to be the biggest mill on the highway. We just want to make sure the machines keep running and the orders go out on time. Sometimes a belt breaks or the power goes out, and we have to scramble to fix things. It’s not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills. Being near Ankur Society means some of the workers live close by, which is nice for them. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the production. It’s a lot of physical labor and long shifts. We just do the work that needs doing every single day. We don't have a receptionist or anything, just a desk in the corner.
