We are located right in the middle of the bustle at Archana Market. If you find yourself at Sultanpet Cross, just look for the Balaji Complex and we are right opposite that on the first floor. The office number is 19/55. Narson'S Laboratories Hospital Products is basically a place where we manage supplies for clinics and hospitals. It’s a bit crowded in this area, especially on market days when the streets are full of carts and people. We have piles of inventory everywhere because hospital needs never really stop. It isn't a glossy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a working warehouse and office space combined into one. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the right medical items go to the right places. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep when we are carrying heavy boxes. We know the other shop owners in Archana Market pretty well by now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit dusty and loud because of the street noise, but we like the energy of the market. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy. We just keep track of our stock and talk to the doctors and hospital staff who need our products. It’s work that keeps us busy from morning till evening and we are fine with that.
