We have our setup near the Lambha Baliyadev Temple. It is on the road that goes from the temple toward Shahwadi, right next to the NIDC area. This is a busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks and people moving about. We have been working in this part of town for a few years. The temple is a very good landmark for anyone trying to find us. We mostly do housing development. We do not have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team to talk to people. If you want to discuss a project, you just have to come to our office or call my mobile phone. We stay pretty busy with the local work. Lambha is an area that is changing quite a bit right now. We see more new buildings going up every single year. We try to build things that are solid and will last a long time. There are no shortcuts here, just regular work. It is not always easy though. The prices for things like cement and steel go up and down every week. Sometimes our workers don't show up after a big holiday. We just handle those things as they come up. We are just a few people running this whole operation. We know the neighborhood very well. Being right next to NIDC means there is always some noise or activity nearby, but we like it. We don't use any corporate slogans. We just tell people what we can do.
