Our place, Truetzschler India Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in the N.I.D.C. Estate. If you’re heading towards Lambha Village, you’ll find us near there, right in the P.O. Narol area. It’s an older industrial estate, and it has that specific feel of a place where things have been built for a long time. We work on heavy machinery here, so the workshop is quite large and can get pretty loud when the assembly is in full swing. We don't have fancy carpets or quiet hallways. Instead, there are tools, metal parts, and the constant sound of cranes moving stuff around the floor. Narol is a very industrial part of the city, and the roads are always full of trucks and trailers. It can be a bit of a commute for some of us, but this is where the action is. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use corporate jargon. We just show up and make sure the machines are being built right. There’s a lot of grease and hard work involved. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the lunch break just to get some air away from the shop floor. It’s a solid group of people here, and some of the guys have been at it for decades. We just focus on the engineering and getting the machines ready for the clients who expect them to work. It is a noisy, busy place but we enjoy the work.
