Sharda Infrastructure.

Sharda Infrastructure is located right opposite Shreeram Industrial Park. It’s a very practical location for us since we’re surrounded by other industrial businesses. You won't find any manicured lawns or glass towers here. It’s a working area, and our office reflects that. We have a few rooms where we handle the books and talk to our project leads. The air is often full of the sounds of trucks and machinery from the park across the street. We’re used to it. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a corporation. We don't spend time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the infrastructure work we have in front of us. Some days are dusty, and some days are muddy, depending on what we’re doing out there. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We take our breaks together and talk about regular stuff. It’s a down-to-earth place to work. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. If we need to discuss something, we just stand around the main desk and figure it out. It’s not about appearances here; it’s about getting the projects finished and moving on to the next one. We’re just regular people doing a job in a busy industrial part of town.
