We’ve been running things here at Sanghvi Aerospace for a good while now. Our workshop is tucked away behind the Lalit Warehouse on the Narol-Sarkhej Highway. If you know Narol in Ahmedabad, you know how busy this stretch can get with all the trucks and traffic. We don't have a fancy office or a big reception area. It’s mostly just us and the machines. We work on aerospace parts, which might sound complicated to some, but to us, it’s just the daily grind of making sure everything is measured right. The Gujarat heat can be pretty tough in the middle of the day, so we usually start quite early to get the bulk of the heavy work done before it gets too hot to think. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. Most of the time, we just talk over tea about what needs to be finished by the evening. The location near the warehouse is handy for moving materials, though the highway noise never really stops. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. More buildings have gone up, and it’s gotten a lot more crowded than it used to be. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits us just fine. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job and go home to our families at night.
