We set up Sahajanand Developers over here at Shyam 42, which is just near the Akshat Villa Bungalows on Lambha Road. Lambha is a bit different from the center of the city, and we kind of like the pace out here. Our team spends a lot of time on the road or standing around at various construction sites making sure the bricks and cement are showing up on time. It is a lot of work and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but that is just construction for you. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of people in suits. We are just a local group of builders who know how to put a house together. The office at Shyam 42 is where we do all the boring stuff like permits and paying the bills. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy outdoor work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We have seen this area change quite a bit over the last few years, with more bungalows and shops popping up everywhere. It is good to be a part of that growth, even if it means a lot of long hours and muddy shoes. We don't have a big fancy philosophy about building. We just follow the plans and try to make sure everything stays standing for a long time. People know us around here because we have been at it for a while.
