Our place is at number 7 in the Sarvoday Estate. If you know the Narol Isanpur Highway, you probably know where we are. We are close to the Anand Hotel, which is where most people stop for a quick bite or some tea. Being in Narol means it gets pretty dusty with all the trucks going by on the highway, but that is just part of being in an industrial area in Ahmedabad. We have our shed here where we keep the machines and the materials. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We usually have the fans going full blast just to keep the air moving. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. You hear the sounds of other workshops all day long. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The space is a bit cramped with all the inventory, but we know where everything is. Our neighbors at the estate are mostly good people, everyone just minds their own business and gets their work done. When the monsoon hits, the road outside can get a bit muddy, but we still show up every day. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It is just the workshop floor and a small corner for the paperwork. It’s a practical setup. We come in early, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down.
