It’s a bit quieter out this way compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. The office feels a bit more relaxed. We have some old wooden desks and a cupboard that’s overflowing with site files. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of the time, we’re in dusty shoes and comfortable clothes. Being near the Lambha Turning means we see a lot of people passing through. It’s a good landmark. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit in the evening when the heat dies down. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where all the planning happens. We’ve known the neighbors around Pooja Bungalows for years. It feels more like a community than a business district. We take our time with things and try not to get too stressed when things go wrong, which they sometimes do. That’s just life. We’re just a local team doing our thing, making sure the paperwork is filed and the projects stay on track. It’s a slow and steady kind of place for us.
