Lakshya Estate Management

We've been at 313 Bhagirath Iconnarol for a while now. It's right on Aslali Highway No 8, opposite the old Narol court. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks and people moving through. We handle estate management from this office. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we get things done. Most days start with some tea and checking on the properties we look after. Being near the old court means people always know where to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you're on the highway. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to tenants or owners. It’s practical work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, open the shutters, and manage the estates on our list. If someone needs help with a property in this part of town, they usually just drop by. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being part of the Narol community. It’s got a specific feel to it that you don’t get in the newer parts of the city. We’ll probably be here for a long time to come. There is always someone coming or going, which makes the time pass by quickly.
