Our place is No. 94 in the Ramdev Estate. We’re right by the Shawadi Bus Stop in Narol. You can’t miss the sound of the buses coming and going all day long. It’s a busy industrial estate, and we fit right in with the rest of the units. We do a lot of work with plastics, so there’s usually a hum from the machinery. The air has that specific smell of manufacturing. It’s a big open space with high ceilings, which helps keep it cool when the machines are running hot. We’ve got pallets piled up near the loading dock. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. We don't have a separate office, just a small partitioned area with a computer and some filing cabinets. It gets pretty dusty, especially with the bus stop so close by and all the traffic. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We know each other's habits and how to get the job done without too much talk. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for anything fancy. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. We eat our lunch sitting on crates most days. It’s just how things go at Ramdev Estate. We’ve been here since the beginning and know most of the other business owners nearby. We just keep working hard every day.
