Komal Texfeb Pvt. Ltd. sits right across from Ranipur Patia on the Narol - Sarkhej Highway. Being on the highway means there’s a constant sound of traffic and horns, which you eventually stop hearing after working here for a few months. Narol is a big hub for textiles, and we fit right into that landscape. The facility is mostly dedicated to fabric work, so there are rolls of cloth and loose threads almost everywhere you look. It’s a busy environment where people are always moving from one station to another. We don’t spend much on fancy office furniture because the work happens out on the floor. The sun beats down on the highway, making the front of the building quite hot in the afternoons. We have a small fan in the corner that does its best. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of bosses; we’re just a group of people making sure the production stays on track. Sometimes the dye spills or a machine acts up, and we just roll up our sleeves and fix it ourselves. It’s a practical way of living. We don’t have a website that looks like a movie; we just have a physical place where work gets done. Most of our visitors are truck drivers or local suppliers who know the highway well. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we’re happy to be a part of it.
