Classic Textiles

We are Classic Textiles. You can find us at Thakor Estate. It’s right near the Gokuless Petrol Pump. If you go behind the Rahil Weigh Bridge in Narol, Ahmedabad, you’ll see us. The area is very industrial. There are lots of trucks and movement all day long. We work with fabrics. There is always lint in the air and the sound of machines. It’s not a quiet place to work. We have been in this spot for years. The building is old but sturdy. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just the family and some workers who have been with us forever. We spend most of our time looking at rolls of cloth and checking for flaws. Ahmedabad is the right place for textiles, everyone knows that. It gets very hot in the afternoons here. We usually take a break when the sun is at its peak. The tea stall down the road is where we go. Our space is filled with piles of stock. It looks messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't do fancy advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. That's the way it goes. No big deal, just regular work for us here.
