Vital Industries

Over in Phase 4 of the Gidc in Naroda, you’ll find Vital Industries. Our exact spot is C 1 /1108. It is right in the middle of a big industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machines in the background. We have been here for a while, and the place has a real working-class feel to it. It’s not a shiny office building. It’s a place where things are made and handled every day. We don't have a bunch of rules or a strict corporate culture. We just show up and do what is on the schedule. The heat in Naroda can be pretty intense, but we just keep the fans going and get through the day. Our setup is simple. We have the workspace and a small area for the paperwork. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know the industrial park or have worked with us before. We don't try to sound like a big international firm because we aren't. We are just a local industry doing our part in Gidc. Sometimes things break down or we have a delay with supplies, but we just fix it and move on. It is a practical life here. We don't have big speeches or goals other than finishing the day's work and keeping the place going.
