Our workshop is at No. 73 in Mona Estate. It’s located right behind the Anil Starch Mill on Naroda Road. Being behind a big landmark like the mill makes it easier for people to find us. The estate is a busy place with a lot of other small engineering and manufacturing shops. There’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in the background. We’ve been in this unit for quite a few years. It’s filled with the smell of materials and the hum of our tools. We don't have a fancy front office. If you walk in, you’re pretty much standing right where the work happens. We have some old benches and shelves that have seen better days, but they still hold up. Naroda Road is usually packed with traffic, so we try to get our supplies delivered early in the morning before it gets too bad. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don't put on airs or try to look like a big corporation. We’re just local people doing engineering work. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just have to wait it out or work around it. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have any slogans or anything. We just take the jobs as they come and try to do them right.
