Shyam Buildcon

You can find Shyam Buildcon right on the Naroda Dehgam Road. We are sitting directly opposite Gajanan Villa, which is a big landmark for anyone coming this way. The road outside stays quite busy with trucks and commuters heading out of the city, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background. Our office is a straightforward space. We have a few chairs for visitors and a big desk where we spread out all our plans and documents. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, but a quick wipe-down every morning usually fixes that. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are interested in building things in this part of town. Naroda has grown a lot, and we’ve been here to see it happen. Usually, we are juggling a few different things at once, like talking to suppliers or checking on a site down the road. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of tea to stay focused. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just open the windows and keep working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy the pace of it and the folks we get to work with.
