Sharma Co

Sharma Co is located at Plot No. 902/903 in Phase 4 of the GIDC. It’s a double plot, so we have a bit more room than some of our neighbors, but we still manage to fill it up with stuff. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. There isn't much to say about us other than we show up every morning and do the work. The office is just a small room in the corner with a ceiling fan that squeaks. We handle a lot of different things depending on what’s needed that week. It gets pretty loud in Phase 4 with all the other factories nearby. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for the suppliers to get in, so we end up waiting around a bit. We don't use any big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporation. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving. My son helps with the books now, which makes things easier for me. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the inventory moving in and out, it’s a constant battle. We’re usually here until the sun goes down. If you need to find us, just look for the gates at 902. The windows are usually covered in a layer of dust from the construction down the street. We sit together for a quick tea at four o'clock before finishing the last of the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours.
