We are located at Shop No. 1 in Narayani Estate, which is right across from Jaipur Golden Transport. If you know the area, we are tucked behind Devi Cinema, just off National Highway 8. It’s usually pretty loud with all the trucks passing by on the highway, but you get used to it after a while. Most days, we’re just here moving tiles around or checking the sanitary ware that comes in. Satva Tiles Sanitory Wares isn't a big flashy showroom. It’s a practical space where we keep our stock and talk to people about what they need for their renovations. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the shop, so we’re always wiping things down. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take a break in the afternoon. Being in an estate like this means there’s always something going on, whether it's a delivery or someone asking for directions to the cinema. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and the neighbors are all pretty familiar. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have fancy displays, just rows of products that people can look through. It gets hot in the summer because of the metal roof, but we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep the inventory organized and helping out whoever walks through the door looking for a new sink or some floor tiles. Nothing complicated about it.
