Panth Developers

Being out here on Naroda Hanspura Road means we see a lot of traffic. Panth Developers is located right opposite Gayatri Green, so it is a landmark we use a lot when giving directions to people. The road gets quite dusty with all the trucks and cars passing by, but we are used to that. Our office is a practical space. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of storage for all the project files we accumulate. We aren't the type to spend money on expensive decorations or flashy signs. We prefer to just get on with the business of developing land and buildings. Most of our day involves coordinating with different crews and making sure the supplies reach the sites on time. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak season, but we manage. The team here is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time now. We know the Naroda area pretty well since we spend so much time here. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls for a quick snack during our breaks. It is a very normal, hardworking environment. We don't have any hidden agendas or fancy mission statements to show off. We just come in every morning, handle the phone calls, and check on the progress of our current work. That is basically the long and short of it for us at Panth. It is a simple life of working on projects one by one.
