Our place is located at Plot No. 237/238B in the GIDC area. It’s right there between the telephone exchange and the main part of Phase-1. If you know the area, it isn’t hard to find us. We deal with synthetic materials and textiles, which keeps everyone here pretty occupied from morning until evening. The facility is basically a large shed with rows of machines and rolls of material stacked up. It isn’t the quietest place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories, so there is always a lot of truck movement and people walking around during shift changes. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them finished. Sometimes the weather makes it hot inside, especially during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. Our neighbors are mostly in the same boat, just working through their daily tasks. We’ve stayed in this spot for a while because it works for the logistics. Having the telephone exchange nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't visited before. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just run Nissan Syntex from this plot and handle things as they come, day in and day out, without making a big deal of it.
