Nirman Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 43, Phase 1 of the Gidc. We’re quite close to the Mother Weigh Bridge, so there’s always a lot of heavy traffic and big trucks moving around our gates. The sound of looms and machinery is just part of the background noise for us now. We’ve been in the textile business for a while, and this spot in Phase 1 has been our base for most of that time. It’s a big, dusty shed filled with fabric and thread. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’re going to see the actual work happening right in front of you. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. We don’t spend money on marketing or polished brochures because the work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of the daily life in the estate. We’re just regular people trying to run a mill and keep things moving. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the aim to get the orders out on time and keep the quality decent. It's a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
