Nexus Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 25/2. Being in Phase No. 3 of GIDC Naroda means dealing with a lot of traffic and truck noise. Infrastructure projects have kept us here for a long time. Maps and blueprints cover the walls of our plain office room. Fancy decor isn't something we care about. Field work takes up most of the team's time. Coordinating contractors and supply deliveries happens here at the desks. Logistics are a big part of the daily grind. Late nights are common when deadlines are close. Crowded roads in the GIDC make parking our equipment a challenge. Corporate hierarchies don't exist in our small group. Asking questions is easy when everyone is right there in the room. Experience is more important than fancy tools. Frustrating days occur when plans don't work out as they should. Moving forward is the only way to get things done. Regular people building lasting things is who we are. The local tea stall guy knows all our names and orders by now. Phones ring constantly, but in-person talks are usually better. Stopping by the plot is the best way to find us. Simple desks and hard work define the space. Naroda is loud and dusty, but it's where we belong. We’ve been at it for a while and don't plan on changing much.
