We are over in the GIDC area, specifically Phase 2. If you know where Dipak Oil Mill is, we are right across from them at Plot No. C1/24. It’s a busy part of the industrial estate and things can get pretty hectic with trucks coming in and out all day. We deal with pumps and have been doing it for a good while now. The workshop isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the assembly and testing. Most of our guys have been around for years and they know the equipment inside out. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure orders get packed correctly. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It’s part of the job. We keep a stack of old ledgers on the desk and try to keep everything organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are busy. If you drop by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea near the front entrance. We don't spend much money on fancy signage or brochures. We’d rather just show people what we have in stock. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us here. The floors get dusty with all the traffic but we sweep up every evening before locking up.
