We've been at Plot No. 1303/1 2 and 1305/6/a b in Phase 4 of the GIDC for quite some time now. It’s a busy area and the noise from the other units never really stops during the day. Our shed is usually filled with the sound of the machines running and the guys moving stuff around. Sometimes it gets really hot inside, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof, but we just keep going. People come by asking for things and we try to get them sorted as fast as we can. It’s not a fancy place or anything. There’s grease on the floor and stacks of material everywhere you look. We have a small office corner where the bills get done, though it usually has tea cups sitting around. The trucks come in and out of the gate all morning which makes it hard to park sometimes. We know most of the neighbors around here in Phase 4. We share tools sometimes or just complain about the electricity going out. It is just a regular workspace where we get our hands dirty every day. There isn’t much to say other than we show up, do the work, and then lock up for the night. The gate at 1303/1 2 needs a new coat of paint but nobody has time for that right now. We are just busy making sure the orders are ready to go out on time.
