Down at Plot No. 1016 in Phase 4 of the Gidc, you will find Malli Polymers Pvt. Ltd. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We work with polymers, which means the machines are usually humming in the background all day long. It can get a bit warm inside the shed, but that is just the nature of the job. We don’t put on any acts or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team making sure the production stays on schedule. Sometimes a machine breaks or a supplier is late, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That is just how it goes in an industrial area. We don’t have a fancy reception area with coffee machines. Usually, if you come by, someone will just pull up a plastic chair for you. We focus on the product and making sure it meets the requirements. We’ve been in Phase 4 for a while now and we know most of the other folks running the neighboring plots. It’s a good community where people look out for each other. We try to keep our operations clean and organized, even when things get busy. There are no grand speeches about the future here. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. It’s about being practical and putting in the hours to get the job done right.
