Kishan Developers

Kishan Developers has been based across from New Navrang School for quite some time. It's a handy location because everyone knows where the school is. You can hear the kids playing during recess while we’re sitting at our desks looking over blueprints. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, one of us just answers the door with a bit of dirt on our shoes. That’s how it goes when you’re actually out on the sites instead of just sitting in an air-conditioned office all day. We deal with all sorts of building work around this part of town. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to beat the rain or finish a foundation. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem with a supplier, we just go down there and talk to them. No need for complicated emails. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up. We like to think we play a small part in that. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with samples and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. It feels real. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do.
