We are set up over at Plot No. 1012 in Phase 4 of the Gidc. It’s right near the Gayatri Mandir, so it’s easy to tell people where to go. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The workshop isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with small industrial parts and supplies. It’s the kind of place where the radio is usually playing in the background while we work. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the orders and the packing. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of the job. The area around Phase 4 is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment. We keep a small kettle in the back for making tea when neighbors from other units stop by to chat. It’s a friendly enough place. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or anything. Our name is painted on the front and that’s about it. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the inventory is counted. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking boxes and writing out invoices by hand sometimes. But it’s ours, and we take care of it. If you need us, we are usually here from nine until the sun starts to set.
