Halcyon Labs Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 409 in Phase-4 of the GIDC Industrial Estate in Naroda. This area of Ahmedabad is pretty packed with all kinds of factories and units, so it gets quite congested during shift changes. Our building is a bit more contained than some of the heavy engineering shops nearby because of the type of work we do. It’s relatively quiet inside, though you can still hear the traffic from the main estate roads. We have several rooms set up for different tasks, and we have to be careful about how things are handled. It isn't a place where people just wander in and out. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the routine like the back of our hands. We aren't into big marketing talk; we just focus on the technical side of things and keeping the equipment running right. The Naroda heat can be tough in the summer, but we just get on with it. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which usually keeps someone busy at a desk for most of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and keeps us busy. We mostly deal with other businesses and suppliers, so it’s a lot of practical talk and logistics. That’s just the way it goes here in the estate. We just show up and do our jobs.
